- Confidentiality
We have strict confidential policy at the practice. Any information provided by you is confidential and is dealt according to GDPR.
- Respect and dignity
Zero tolerance to disrespect/ harassment/ damage to property and patients and abusive language to our patients and staff member. Such patients will not be seen in our practice by any of the dentist.
- Emergency appointment
We will try to offer emergency appointment to our patients if available. Otherwise you can contact Dublin Dental Hospital.
- Consent requirements
We take a written consent forms signed by patients or adults in case of children along with dentist. This is to make sure the procedure/treatment objectives, risks and complications has been explained to patients by the dentist. And patient has signed it after complete understanding. Sometimes verbal consent is taken depending upon the procedure.
- No show fee DNA(did not attend)
You are booked for a time slot in which treatment can be provided. If you missed the appointment or did not cancel with in prescribed time. This time slot is wasted. This time slot could have been offer to someone else. Therefore we need 24 hour notice to cancel the appointment. DNA fee(€100) will apply to all those patients who did not show up more than once or give us less than 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you missed more than 2 appointments you will be required to pay a deposit before any appointment booked. This deposit will be reimbursed against your treatment or given back to you if you qualified for MC/PRSI or PVT insurance. This deposit will be non-refundable if you do not attend your appointment.
- Other deposits
Any treatment longer than 1 hours e.g. root canal treatments, wisdom teeth extraction, crown & bridge appointments a deposit will be taken. Ask the reception for more information.
- Fee
Please let us know at the time of check in if you are covered by Medical Card/PRSI otherwise private fee apply for check-up and treatment provided. Our updated fee for all the dental procedures is displayed in the reception. We try our best to update it on the website regularly but It may not be updated on the website the time you visit.
- Medical Card
Patients holding medical card are entitles to 2 fillings, multiple extractions, one dental check-up, one scaling & polishing per calendar year. While false teeth (dentures) once in five years. Please ask more details on the reception.
- Teeth whitening
It is important you should get your dental check-up done before teeth whitening. The dentist will also explain to you the use of bleaching material, adverse effects and it remedies. Your dentist may advised scaling and polishing before whitening. We do not recommend teeth whitening in younger patients(under 18 years).
- Copyrights
Our trade name/website is registered. The contents of the website including texts, testimonial and pictures etc is the property of the practice which must not be copied, modified, removed, added, published and reproduced in any form. Strict legal action will be taken in the breach of our Terms and Conditions. The visit of our website is the indication that you have accepted the terms and conditions of as described above.
